shipping policy

All items are carefully produced to order and will be shipped when ready, usually within a time frame of 4-6 weeks. We will keep you informed of progress.

 

Worldwide standard shipping is charged at cost. Please note we reserve the right to add an extra charge for items shipped to a location that requires a remote surcharge.

We post all UK purchases by royal mail special delivery, which insures items up to the value of £2500. For items over this value we will arrange courier shipping.

We ship all international purchases using Fedex courier services, items are fully insured.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We do not accept returns based on the non payment of customs fees. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. We will always correctly declare items for customs.
